There has been much attention about COVID-19, so we would like to update you on the steps we are taking to protect our clients and staff.

What we are doing:

CLEANING & SANITIZING our bounce houses and equipment, before and after every rental, with EPA approved products.
Adhering to environmental cleaning and disinfecting recommendations by the CDC.
Educating our staff, including delivery/cleaning teams, to apply safety measures to reduce risk of COVID-19.
Ensuring our staff is healthy - should they feel ill, they will not be allowed to report to work.
Remaining open 7 days a week to accommodate your event rental needs.
Allowing our clients to postpone their event date (up to 18 months later) without a cancellation fee.

In addition to the above measures, we are continuing to stay tuned to trusted sources and educating ourselves by the CDC. Although the situation isn't ideal, we are here to help add some FUN and EXCITEMENT! We believe our mission to connect people to exceptional experiences has never been more important.
