This company is Awesome! We ordered a boxing ring bouncer and a dunk tank for my nephew's birthday party. They delivered both items the night before the party and set everything up for us. This was the only company that I found that rented dunk tanks. And it did not disappoint. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of the party.....but everyone was having so much f... un with the rentals that the rain only added to the fun! And because they knew it had rained on the day of the party, they let us keep the rentals for an extra day...for FREE! So we had a BBQ and invited the family. This was really a great ending to what was a terrible weekend (weather wise). Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service! read more
I've use this company a couple times for both of my son's birthday parties. I heard of them through the city of Tustin because they are an approved jumper vendor for the parks in Tustin. I did call some of the other ones that were on the list but were more expensive. I really enjoy how easy it was to book the order online. The prices were pretty affordable.... The first time I used them I order over the phone and Mary was really kind with great customer service. Lastly, I had to request additional tables and chairs and they were able to update my order at last minute which is great. I'll definitely use them again for my next party. read more
We have used jump n bounce for three years now and it's the only one we use for are parties. Since they helped use out three years ago when another company in Orange County let us down we have been loyal customers. I suggest if you live here in Orange County and need a jumper this is the place you should rent from. The prices are great, company is dependable, and... we have never had issues. I have ordered from Jump N Bounce for the last 4 years for my Preschool. They have ALWAYS been on time and even let me keep it until the next morning. Their staff is super nice and easy to work it. Nothing is ever broken and everything always runs very well. They are always my go to company for Bounce House and Water Slides. I would ... highly recommend Jump N Bounce! Since they were always reliable with my personal business, I have ordered from them for all of our school PTA events. Like I have said, I have order from this company for years and have never had a problem. Someones people like to complain about everything and don't even give the company a chance. Review for September 2016, at a park When the city said use approved bounce houses, I checked on every website before I decided on here. The owner is really fast on responding, even though it was 11:30pm. I had questions about the size of the slide in the tropical bouncer, so he suggested a different bouncer that was $10 more, but he gave me a coupon even t... hough I was okay with price difference. They are really nice, fast responders, on time delivery, and fast set up. When they came to clean up, they saw the amount of kids still inside and gave me additional hour. The bouncer was very clean too. I definitely recommend this company. read more
I was having a party at the park so I decided to rent out a jumper from jump n bounce. Overall my experience with them has been pretty good. Everything was clean and set up on time. I would definitely order from them again.
This company is awesome. I needed something for my nieces birthday party ASAP and they hooked me up. I called and placed a next day order no problem. Their prices are great and the customer service is excellent. Their driver was also very accommodating. Thank you so much Jump N Bounce!!!!!
