☔ No-Fee Rescheduling

If rain or unsafe weather is forecasted, you may reschedule your event at no charge.

Your payment simply transfers to a new date — no penalties, no stress.

Rescheduled events are subject to availability. Availability may vary depending on demand for your new date. If needed, our team will help you choose comparable options that work just as well for your event.

🌧 Same-Day Weather Cancellation

In the event of rain or inclement weather, you may cancel before 7:00am on the day of delivery with no cancellation fee.

In most cases, events are simply rescheduled to a new date. If rescheduling isn’t an option, we’ll cancel your order with no cancellation fee.

Once equipment has been delivered, it is considered in use and becomes non-refundable.
